  I literally enjoyed my evening at this store. It took an hour to get my new phone transferred and to get my new jetpack situated, but the sales staff were so helpful, professional and friendly. Loved every minute. Time well spent.

  I enjoy my experience every time I enter this Verizon branch. The service is always so friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Hameed Habbi ! Whether I text him on his day off or need him to come in a hour early to work he's always there to help. That is what I call A+ customer service !

  My representative ,Jon, demonstrated knowledge of phone and processes - very patient in listening to concerns and answering in simple easily understood way.

  Jeremy called me to offer services and promotions. I went to the Bristol Rd location to get battery issues solved. Both he and Hameed were a big help in helping me choose the best plan of action. It probably took an hour to complete the sale, but seemed much shorter. They were interested in me being happy with my choice. I left the store completely satified. Great job guys

  Went to store for a message that continually popped up in every app. I couldn't initiate a text and or save pictures. Robert fixed in 3 minutes. 2 hours later I left with the new LG G7 Thinq. Love it so far. Second phone I purchased at this store. Both experiences were exactly the customer service I expect. Highly recommend it.
