  Decent hotel for a decent price. The customer service was great. The room design sucked due to having two small beds in there, putting on almost against the ac which kept it from cooling properly. Also had some trouble with the room key, I think the card reader on the door needs maintenance because it would take multiple swipes to get the door opened. Clean place, no signs of bugs or dirt.

  For the price I absolutely can’t complain. Just needed a place for the night and got plenty of rest in a very decent sized room. Didn’t cost and arm and a leg and everything is close by. Service was stand off-ish and the carpet/couch were full of stains. Sheets seemed to be okay but I was honestly very tired and needed the inexpensive, convenient place to stay. Warning- pandemic breakfast is weird and limited. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

  I flew in from Denver on Thanksgiving, I was not able to get a rental car that I reserved a week previously from enterprise rent a car. My husband was supposed to come with me but had a sore throat so he stayed home. I got to the Enterprise car rental place and was told that because I didn't have a credit card on me I couldn't actually rent the car! I only had my debit card. It has been a while since I rented a car and nothing was emailed to me about this when I reserved online. I was immediately brought to tears because the plan was to pick up my German Shepherd puppy and drive back to Colorado the next day. So not only could I not drive back to Colorado, but I was not going to get the puppy I came out for. I was devastated and in tears. I sacrifice my Thanksgiving and time off for this trip and now it all seemed in vain. That is until Jaden picked up the phone heard me out while I called from Enterprise sobbing and was willing to refund me, that is if I could find a flight back as there were no other options. There were no returning flights until the next day so I decided to keep my reservation at Hyatt Place. I called back and he came immediately. he was sympathetic and kind, I hadn't had that experience in a long time. But it didn't stop there. I had no car and barely any places were open on Thanksgiving, and I was starving on top of being sad. Jared offered to take me to The waffle House, that was several miles away, I didn't even have to ask. He waited and brought me back to the hotel. He went above and beyond and was a very gracious host I decided to have a nightcap before turning in he also served as the bartender. in such a difficult time in our nation where everybody is politically polarized, he was diplomatic and respectful, and was genuinely serving all of us in the bar, even though we all, had opposing political views. What a gem. The room was clean and it was very nice to have a drink after a day like I had. I highly recommend this place to anybody who still values excellent customer service and remembers what hospitality is supposed to feel like. As long as these two fine humans are still here, your in good hands!
