Sounubon/Noye is my perfect dream Insurance Associate. While she is absolutely professional she is kind, caring and listens to client's concerns. She was able to acquire the same health insurance plan I had with a nice savings that enabled me to purchase Life Insurance.

We haven't been to the office but Noye came to our house before the pandemic. We get our Medicare taken care of with her & it's such a relief that we don't have to compare policies. She just sets us up with the right plans & we know we are covered. We don't have to worry if she'll get that done when we need it done. She can handle emails from older folks who don't do Zoom & chat, but she likely handles things online & by phone with whomever she can. In person, in our home, she was confident & very personable.
