  I'd like to take the time to say thank you for your assistance throughout the entire process. Your company has done more than what we had expected. Without your assistance, we would have not been able to do what you have done for us. We have gotten back more than what we had expected, and greatly appreciated the effort you put forward in helping make it so. Tom and Sean have been more than helpful in answering questions and concerns that came up during this process, and were more than happy to guide us through the process. I greatly appreciate the work put forward by them and recommend that if anyone ever has to deal with an event such as the fire we did, to contact these guys. Thanks again for your assistance.

  Shawn at Phoenix Public Adjusters helped my parents recover everything they lost after there was a fire next door to them. They were fast and efficient and my parents received a check from the insurance company within 2 weeks. Thank you again, I will highly recommend.

  We had a bad kitchen fire. I’m glad we hired PhoenixPublicAdjusters to help us. They made the stressful situation a lot easier. They are very experienced and professional, always respond to calls and texts in a timely manner. They handled all the details with the insurance company for us and watched out for our interests. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended.

  We suffered a kitchen fire which, while it didn't leave much visual damage, caused significant smoke damage. Sean and his crew spent two days in the home making a a detailed inventory of the personal property in addition to the areas of the home that had to be treated or painted to rid it of smoke residue. He brought in a laundry service as well as expert cleaners to take immediate action necessary. Then he had his team represent us in negotiating with the insurance company adjusters and reached a better result than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Phoenix whenever you have to need to be represented in an insurance situation.
