  I had the best experience at ROSH then at any of the other hospitals that I was a patient in. The staff from the security guard on up were helpful and friendly providing excellent customer service. The care of the medical staff was compassionate and caring. It's obvious that they like what they do and take pride in the service they provide. The food was excellent.

  My past year and a half has been surguries and rehab. So finding that my back was killing me was not good news X-RAYS AND MRI showed severe lumbar stenosis. I about lost my mind.I went on golf trip after 3rd day. I couldnt walk ten feet .While I was down in Maryland.I made appointment. Rothman ask if I had MRI results that I could fax. I did. Sam set me up with Doctor Hildibrand. Before I went to appt.I set up walker, camode, shower, cane,all stuff I used past rehabs.I was convinced MAJOR MAJOR surgery and long term painful rehab ( internet my resource for back surgeries). EVERYONE AT BENSALEM WAS TERRIFIC . DR Hildibrand was so professional. Seemed like he spent an awful lot of time with me. He was reasuring. Explained everything that he saw. Worst case senario maybe some surgery. But not anything close to what I envisioned. Yes I almost cried from happiness. Thank you Thank you Thank you

  Staff is always welcoming and the cafeteria workers are very accomadating. They always bring you your food and will personalize any meal you might want!

  I was diagnosed with a 8mm herniated disc at my L5 S1 when I decided I needed a surgeon to help me. I met with several local doctors before calling Rothman. I was able to score an appointment with Dr. Vaccaro in his Center City Office. I scheduled surgery and opted to have it at Rothman Surgical Center. I did not know what to expect since at the ripe age of 40, I never had a surgery though I’ve visited many surgery centers with my husband and family. Rothman is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. It was quiet too, which I find to be very nice because the feel of a train station is very tacky. I wish other surgery centers would take the same approach from Rothman. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment they wheeled me out, I was so well taken care of. The staff at Rothman really is top notch. The nurses are all very effiecient and very helpful. I felt very safe and cared for.
