Highly recommend Coach Nick! As 60+ Triathlete I needed help with Strength training and Coach Nick worked with me to develop training to help me achieve my goals. The small class format is great as it allows for individual attention like personal training but at reasonable cost.
I am 5 week into training with Coach Nick and I am so super grateful!! I definitely feel stronger and more confident each day! I was rear ended in May of 2022 and it took so much to get to this point where I was ready to strength train to build my muscles back up. Once I talked to Nick over the phone, I knew he was the guy to help me and he does not disappoint!
Thank you Nick for all your hard work and dedication to your clients! I am so grateful for you and your knowledge!!!
Nick is professional and provides great knowledge and motivation. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start his program. After my time with Nick, I have a much broader understanding of how to correctly workout.
Nick doesn’t just focus on physical training, he dives into mental toughness as well. Everything from eating right, to having a strong mindset.
I was extremely pleased with his dedication and work ethic.
I highly recommend Nick, and the NF FITNESS FAMILY!
My son started training with Nick at NF Sports Strength in the fall of 2020 when he was just 8 years old. He is now 10 and continues to train with Nick 3 days a week to help him build strength and confidence for soccer and basketball. Not only has the training helped him with sports, but also with feeling more positive about himself in general. He loves going and has nothing but positive things to say about his experience. He really looks up to Nick and the other athletes he trains with. It’s such a great environment for kids of all ages.
Coach Nick has been training my high school baseball team for the past three years and it’s been a critical part to our success. Coach Nick builds a program that helps my team focus on gaining strength, gaining knowledge on how to train, staying healthy and building confidence in themselves. He really takes the time to show our athletes the “how” and “why” behind everything in the program and his attention to detail is something that’s hard to find in a trainer with so many clients. His program builds a culture of working hard but also focusing on a couple key aspects of lifting, all of which are very important at the high school level. These are form, tempo, selecting the right weight and hitting all of the reps.
Last year we did three phases of Coach Nick’s program, with the last being our in-season training phase. We were lifting and maintaining strength throughout the entire season, even into our playoff week, which not many teams do. Our kids bought in from the beginning, but especially bought in after knowing how good it made them feel throughout the season. They would mention how it would help eliminate soreness, maintain strength and ultimately give them confidence in themselves and their bodies. One of the biggest products that came out of our training with Coach Nick was the fact that we had ZERO injuries last year! I directly attribute that to our commitment to his program. We look forward to working with Coach this year as well!
