Highly recommend the Solution Based team. Josh and Stacy are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whether you call first thing in the morning or from Jamaica! We have used them to replace our sewer line as well as furnace and HVAC unit.
I could not be more happy with this outfit. When I called to try and get an urgent appointment, the representative, Stacy, gave me an extensive amount of info on what they may or may not be able to do and could not have prepared me better for what might come next, including possible costs. She gave me an arrival window and called to follow-up during the day with timing updates. The technician, Mike, arrived on time and went straight to work. He finished quickly, did a thorough job in every way and was polite and professional throughout. On top of it all, the company beat their own price estimate, not the mention the estimates I'd received from two other companies. I'm just thrilled to have our heat and hot water back and can't thank them enough for helping us.
