(January 3, 2018, 10:22 am)Update: I have had to call them with an important change. Called a few times, no one answered, left a message. Someone called back when I was driving so I didn't answer but I called back like 20 minutes later, no answer, that has happened twice now. I have called multiple other times in the last few days with no answer at all. They still call back, just make sure you answer. Good luck lol.
I just moved to this county and I called to schedule an appointment. No one answered, no big deal, so I left a message...THEY CALLED ME BACK...THE SAME DAY! My old WIC office just never called you back, period. And whoever called me back was super pleasant and friendly, not the usual "I hate life & my job & y'all are annoying me" type. I was caught off guard and surprised. I hope the actual appointment goes just as well.
