Star Mini Mart

We checked in on 2/17/23 staff was very nice. We had a little issue and had to change rooms. The manager was very helpful with our issue and made things right upon our stay. Breakfast was also really good. The maintenance man that was helping in the kitchen and cleaning up after everyone seems like a really hard worker. Very nice man! Signed a military family🇺🇸

Very nice hotel that comes with no microwave oven but they do have a refrigerator to keep your food cold. I have to walk over a hundred feet to a microwave that is shared with the entire floor not sanitary especially when you open the microwave and it is nasty. One star hotels at least have microwave ovens. Definitely will not stay at this one again. Well they made it right they actually brought me a microwave. They also gave me a complimentary drink on my birthday tomorrow so I give this place a five-star raining again. Management your staff out here recognized an issue and took action so those that were working on January 31st deserve a very good Pat in the back for their efforts. Again please thank the staff again for me.

The hotel itself was better than I expected. The front desk staff were all exceedingly friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. I will say we had a few little things broken in our particular room but nothing that was a big deal. The reason for only 4 stars is because we had pre paid for breakfast each day we stayed. The food was tasty but the two women that work the breakfast area are so incredibly rude and unpleasent I would not have ever returned after day 1, but I had pre paid. At first I thought it was me but then I realized every single customer was treated equally terribly. At least they were consistant.

I've stayed at many hotels including Holiday Inns and this, by far was the nicest. Room was clean and smell fresh, bed was VERY comfortable, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

I never had a reserved rooms with such a great staff and very good customer service.. The front desk staff was awesome. Especially a clerk name Ms Kim. She was on time with everything you needed. I will highly recommend my peers to a beautiful hotel
