  Working with Julian Mitchell was a great pleasure. His knowledge of the product - Tacoma- and its accessories was very helpful in making our decision to purchase. Much of the reason that I had my previous Tacoma for 12 years was that I dreaded the typical, high pressure car buying experience! This was not the case with Julian and the Thompson Team. No surprise costs, or delays in delivery. We may hold on to our new Tacoma for another 12 years because it is that reliable, but not for the fear of the car buying experience!

  Joe sent very clear and accurate information upon my request which got me in the door. Once there, Julian assisted me in figuring out exactly what model and options I wanted. He has a genuine smile that looks like Will Smiths’ and his personality matches. He genuinely wanted me to find the right car. I forget the last gentleman’s name that helped with the warranty information but he was also extremely kind, patient & helpful. This is the third Toyota I have purchased with Thompson. Their professional, kind and genuine demeanor in addition to the longevity of Toyota cars is what keeps me coming back.

  My first car was purchased from Thompson Toyota in 1988. It was a Camry. What really impressed me about Thompson Toyota was their service department. Can you say, "Stellar!" They take really good care of you. The sales folks are great too. No pressure. No hype. I love Thompson Toyota. My wife and I have purchased and leased 14 vehicles from Thompson over the last 30 years. I highly recommend this dealership even if you live on another planet. They are worth the commute. LOL.

  We had previously purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from Thompson Toyota. We went to Thompson Toyota on August 15, 2018, the day before their annual Thompson Toyota sale, to test drive a Camry Hybrid. Our plans were to test drive other cars from other car manufacturers as well. This was about 12:30 pm. We were introduced to a sales consultant named Julian Mitchell. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful all afternoon. We test drove a Camry Hybrid and an Avalon Hybrid from the lot. We were impressed with the Avalon Hybrid and in particular the sport edition Avalon Hybrid which happened to be in the middle of the
  showroom. We asked if we could drive the showroom vehicle and Julian made arrangements to move the car outside so we could test drive. During the subsequent purchase negotiations Julian answered all of our questions and we decided to purchase the sport edition Avalon. He was supposed to work until 4:00 pm that day but remained with us until about 7:00 pm. After we signed the purchase agreement, he showed us how to use the GPS system, using "ScoutGPS" Toyota software. We are senior citizens who have purchased multiple new cars in our lifetimes and this experience with Julian was the most pleasant of them all. We would highly recommend Julian Mitchell to our friends and anyone else interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle.
