(December 14, 2018, 11:44 am)Dr. Urbanik and her team are so wonderful. They love my dog Lilly and always go the extra mile. Spending time to discuss Lilly's care and needs along with asking about the family they are the best! Dawn at the front desk is a five star administrator! When she found out we were in the waiting room at CARES for an emergency visit she called to see if she could come and bring us coffee. Just the BEST service, doctors and friends. We are so lucky to have such a great vet to bring our dog to.

(August 30, 2018, 11:58 pm)Highly recommend! The waiting room is very clean and spacious. The staff are very nice, polite, and professional. They explain everything to me clearly so I can understand exactly what is happening and/or what is needed. I have “high energy” rescue dogs that are very anxious outside of normal settings. The staff have never shown any signs of agitation or frustration and help accommodate us as best they can. Such a wonderful team!
