Colleen is an amazing trainer! She is supportive and pushes you but will also stay aware of any modifications you may need. Her workouts and nutritional coaching have helped me so much!

My 12 year son and I have been training with Colleen for over a year. Colleen is a dedicated, versatile and knowledgeable trainer She keeps things interesting. Colleen makes fitness fun for the kids, combining cardio and strength training in a fun environment that has them playing sports and imagining themselves as the next American ninjas. I can see an increase in confidence and an increased ease my son has in sports and play. He has also become well versed in nutrition, reads labels, and makes smart choices. I have trained with Colleen one on one, as well as taken a variety of her classes around the area. Indoors or out, I always walk away feeling strong and healthy, sweaty and tired. Colleen also customizes great workouts for my son and I to do together - it keeps things fun and interesting. Her prices are a great value. My husband and I both train with Colleen. She is very professional yet easy to relate to. She designs workouts that really make exercise fun. She shows us how to take better advantage of our strengths, and comes up with ways for us to improve upon our weaknesses without totally overdoing it. She also helps us set personal goals. I would recommend Colleen to anyone who has ever considered hiring a personal trainer.
