I recently had my truck broken into and the keys to my storage unit as well as the card with the entry codes were taken. I went to Extra Space and assumed I would have to pay to have the lock cut off and would need to buy a new one. I met with Alicia who was supremely helpful. She pulled up the log for the gate codes to see if anyone had used the code in the last 30 days and helped me figure out what to do with my lock. After speaking with her I wound up not having to cut the lock and used a duplicate of the existing lock key. Not only did I not have to spend any money, but she assured me that my belongings were secure. Very helpful, professional and pleasant representative of the company. Her bosses should give her a giant raise. Thank you so much Alicia.
