I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, Manager of Verizon Best Wireless, Brecksville Town Center, 7590 Chippewa Road (Route 82) Brecksville, Oh. He is a HUGE asset to Verizon. I stopped in to upgrade my phone and he made it very easy and painless.[ He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very patient (I am a senior citizen) and explains everything thoroughly (sometimes for me it takes more than once) until he is satisfied that I completely understand. We did run into a snag with the activation of the new phone and he ensured that I was compensated for the time spent without a phone (over 24 hours) because it was due to a glitch at Verizon. I personally witnessed his dealings with several customers while I was there and he was always polite, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the problem was solved I rated Andrew as a 5 above but if I were able I would certainly give him at least a 10 star rating. Verizon is extremely fortunate to have Andrew representing them Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

The store manager, Andrew Smith made buying my new IPhone an extremely pleasant experience. He gave us good advice, and was very helpful. He was respectful and friendly. I recommend this store .

This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone! I decided to upgrade to the new iPhone and this was the only store that had every model and color in stock for Christmas. I worked with Patrick and he was the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever had. He was even patient enough to help find me a new plan that would save me money on my monthly bill! Now that’s customer service!

Patrick and the whole team are great. I feel comfortable going in to get help with my current account, as well as when I need to add to my account. At this Verizon you can really tell they want to help the customers. They take the time to help each customer and make sure they know exactly how the process will go. I really left knowing there were not going to be any surprises on the bill. Most stores don't explain how a new billing account start and here they do. Thanks again

My flip phone died and so called this store and went down to have Patrick look at it. DEAD. So he helped me pick out a new flip phone. Patrick is great to work with...patient, understanding, and explains very well. We put together a nice package, he commissioned the phone, linked it to my car, and explained the Cloud for backing up contacts. The beauty of this phone is contacts back up for FREE, which is all I need. Again, if you want a great store experience, with an owner that knows this technology very well, explains well, and is very approachable, then you need to go and see Patrick for your next cell phone need. Also, if you are a bit old school, want a great phone at a good price, with large screen and operates like your old phone - - with 100 short cuts, FREE cloud, for contacts, and much more - -this is it!
