  Was pleasantly surprised at how ready and willing to help everyone was. I couldn't get there from northern PA until late in the afternoon. They still would have gotten me out except for some bad wiring to the hitch in my tow vehicle. They put me up overnight with electricity, finished up early the next morning and I had the best ride home towing a trailer I've ever had!

  We enjoyed every step of purchasing our 2019 Unity TB from Fretz Rv. Our salesman Rick Hand was knowledgeable, accommodating, and thorough. His professionalism and customer centered manner are truly an asset to the dealership.The support team was responsive to some last minute changes we requested. Finally, Eric, the manager who shepherded and closed the sale made handing over a big check easier. His efficiency and friendliness was greatly appreciated.
  We drove almost 500 miles to buy this hard to find model and it was worth our effort.

  BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Rick Hand, our salesman, was experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on our Pleasure Way Plateau XLTS. We negotiated over the phone, flew up to pick up our RV, and the dealership and Rick made sure all the paperwork and the RV were ready for us. Rick followed up with us numerous times after the sale to see if all was going well. No stress buying, and friendly honest folks. We highly recommend them.

  Great dealership for getting a new RV. Met with multiple salesman at Hershey Show representing ALL the different brands Fretz has. Not disappointed. As a first time buyer, all of our questions were answered along with ones we did not know to ask. Final pick up was pleasant and informative. Have not yet had any warranty issues, but so far, so good.
