During the most difficult time of my life following my mothers death I was out of town to be with family and I got a personalized call from the kind lady that was trying to deliver them to my home, she left me a voicemail pertaining to the delivery. Once I called back and explained I was unsure as to when I would be returning due to funeral arrangements they had no problem returning to put a tag under my doormat with their number to let them know when I’d be back so they could redeliver AND they offered to refresh the flowers when I was back. I ended up having to come back the day before my mothers viewing and they didn’t hesitate to deliver it to my job and personally offer their condolences... If that isn’t the best customer service ever, I don’t know what is ????????????????
STUNNING FLOWERS! Same day service was prompt and efficient. Flowers that I asked for were beautiful with a bow and just how I wanted them! This is the real deal people! Old school florist. Where you get a beautiful arrangement and great customer service on the phone not like these skimpy Internet flowers. The person that I sent them to absolutely loved them. Great job Frederick's!
