  Nettie is a stand out amongst the nurses. She has a gift of treating your child like they are the only patient at the practice. Recently, my son was sick with the flu that required a hospital stay and she answered all of our questions and advocated throughout the medical practice for my son. Nettie is an excellent representative of this medical group.

  My girls are 15 and 17 and we have been going to Lower Bucks Pediatrics since there were babies and have always seen Dr. Gardner. She is the BEST! We also LOVE Dorald at the front desk. She knows us by name and is super nice. I've been lucky over the years and have not had to call the answering service but when we left for vacation last week my daughter became ill and I called at 9:00 on a Friday night. Dr. Krupnick called back right away. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and listened to what was going on. He was very helpful and patient. We were out of town so I had to look up pharmacy numbers for him to call in a prescription. When he called they were closed. He had to call me back 3 times for me to find a pharmacy that was open. He was so patient. Dr. Patel called me back on Saturday and was also very nice. Sometimes there is a long wait but when my girls go in with the Dr. they are never rushed. We have been very satisfied.
