  Convenient location. UPDATE: I've been to this location several times now (I'm from out of state, and originally chose this gas station for location). I chose to fill up here first time originally because of it's location. I have been here several times now, different visits... consistently very friendly staff! It's refreshing! I choose to return to this location every time I'm in town now because of the employees!

  I was very pleased with my recent (and first) visit to Big Oak Citgo. Many of my family members bring their cars here and urged me to try it. Up until now I always took my car to the dealership for service. Big mistake! The cost for routine maintenance at the dealership would always be hundreds (and someones $1,000+) for one visit. They somehow always found many things that needed to be replaced....
  
  I just spent under $50 for the maintenance my car needed when I know it would have cost much more elsewhere. Not to mention the conversation I had on the phone with a woman at Big Oak when I first called was one of the most pleasant conversations I have had recently! They are kind, trustworthy, and do an excellent job. I also love that they have early and late hours for dropping off and picking up your car!

  Top notch service from the first phone call to vehicle pick up! Mike and Annie make getting a car repaired effortless and easy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, unless referred by the staff at Big Oak. Highly recommend
