  Floral Creek is a unique memory care community in Yardley, PA. I started working here as the community relations director in 2021 after working for 20 years at the Alzheimer's Association. It was important to me to work somewhere that shares my values as to what constitutes excellent care for people living with dementia and Floral Creek definitely does that. I am proud to be part of such a professional, caring team!

  Although my husband was only there for a month, the care at Floral Creek met my expectations. He was cared for and accommodated as he declined rapidly.
  While on hospice I was able to sit with him in his room. I was able to listen to the staff's interactions with the residents and what I heard was singing and positive engagements.
  I noticed everyone worked together as a team to get the job done even if it wasn't part of their job description.
  From my first interaction with Katheryn to tour the facility, Christine at the front door who was offering help to everyone, and Heather singing with the residents, I knew it was the right place for my husband.
  The food was tasty and Chef Fran did an awesome job of accommodating everyone's schedule, likes and dislikes.
  Nora and Christine, the nurses went the extra mile to keep my husband comfortable and me informed. The staff was always pleasant and I can tell they really liked their job.
  The resources they offered were very helpful. I truly appreciate all they have done to care for my husband and I during the most difficult time in my life and would recommend giving them a try.

  I have had two family members live in memory care communities during my life thus far and have spent many years in healthcare. It is one of the reasons I am so passionate about my work at The Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale. Our healthcare industry and personal care industry is often full of more complaints than thank you's. Thus, it is always a humbling experience when The Rittenhouse Village staff gets letters of gratitude or "pats on the back" from the many family members who used to take care of their loved ones on their own but realized it was getting to be too much so they trusted their family members to us. When these grateful family members express such heartfelt gratitude to the many staff members they see lovingly and competently caring for their family members, it reminds us that people really see the good work we do. That means so much to us because healthcare often seems to generate more complaints than thank you's,. Each time someone visits The Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale, I hope they get to meet at least one of these grateful family members. Thank you google for the opportunity to share my experiences working at The Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale's one of a kind, memory care community.

  Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale is different from the other memory care facilities we toured. It seems more like "home" than an institution.
  
  We entered to a lovely courtyard setting where residents, their guests and staff can sit at cafe tables to relax and interact. The building itself has plenty of windows for natural light and the layout affords residents a real sense of freedom and autonomy. There are accessible secure outdoor areas my mom could enjoy and things like the shower policy showed us that safety is a priority.
  
  Even more impressive was the staff. The team camaraderie was refreshing and they genuinely care about the residents. They seem dedicated to providing the best quality of life possible.
  
  The food smelled great as well!
  
  If our family decides on Pennsylvania rather than New Jersey for our mom's next home we will choose Rittenhouse Village.

  My aunt is now a resident at Spring Village. I cannot commend the staff enough. To a one, staff members [from the kitchen to directors] are the most caring people I have ever encountered. Residents are treated with respect and tenderness. In addition, Spring Village is as clean as a whistle. There is no end to the little touches added to life at the facility, ranging from faux painting warming up the common areas, performers providing entertainment or activities orchestrated by staff. The staff of Spring Village should be very proud of the A++++ care they provide.
