Amazing!!!! Ive only been there once so far but I hate hate dealing with new situations. I went in there nervous and uncomfortable but after a minute with Deadra that was over. All the staff there is beyond pleasent. I actually am looking forward to heading over there today. ????????????????????????

The waiting room is like a café! Keurig, fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. Dee and Kim are incredible! I didn't even have time to sip my tea before I was called back.
My visit with Dr. Matthews was amazing to say the least! He was very relatable, kind, understanding, and empathetic. I'd been brushed off by doctors for months, so I was naturally a little nervous about my appointment. His bedside manner put me right at ease. He addressed ALL of my issues, was very talkative, and made me feel like I mattered. He wrote me the appropriate prescriptions and asked me to follow up in 2 weeks to see how everything is working out. Having issues with pain, he could not prescribe narcotic pain medication for me, but he did give me something I've taken before that does help to hold me over until I see pain management. It was a stretch, but he gave me the highest dose he could write for. He also helped me with counseling and a pain psychiatrist. He gave me all the resources I needed. As a doctor, he helped me more than any therapist/psychiatrist I've ever been to. I would recommend him 100%!
