(March 30, 2017, 1:00 am)From the moment I met Eric (Owner) and shook his hand, I could sense how passionate he was about truly wanting to help me achieve my goals - He was kind, welcoming, and encouraged me like I had never been encouraged before (without being pushy about joining). My first several classes consisted of rude awakenings (physically) but developing a deeper understanding of CrossFit. The extremely knowledgeable coaches (Eric, Julia, Victoria, and Dianna) are constantly checking up on you to give you tips or help in any way they can - being taught the correct way from the start is crucial, and CrossFit 267 did/does that - and then some.
From my first (ever) class at CrossFit 267, I knew I was taking on a challenge - and I COMPLETELY doubted myself from the second I pulled in the parking lot. Personally, the hardest part about getting back into lifting/gyms for me was struggling to stay positive and feeling as though I am being judged by everyone in the gym.
I am now just about 3 weeks and 8 classes into joining CrossFit 267 and I truly cannot get enough of it. The workouts are absolutely sound, and no matter how much pain I am in when I leave the gym - I look forward to coming back the next day to be a part of such an amazing community and atmosphere. I have met some incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming people in 3 weeks - and between the people in the gym and the coaches - you will always be encouraged, always be improving, and always give it everything you've got - and no matter what that whole community will be supporting you.

(February 23, 2015, 10:56 am)I have been a member of CrossFit 267 for about 5 months now. I have seen increases in all of my lifts and work capacity. What’s great about them is the levels of fitness in the gym. We have members of all levels, but everyone does the same workouts(scaled appropriately) together. Everyone here is nice and interacts with you, whether it be through talking, motivating, or helping with technique.
