(June 14, 2023, 6:50 pm)First time users and will not be the last!! We love our 80lb pitbull to bits but he makes a mess out of seating area (couches and rugs). I thought these stains would never come up. Shawn and Dustin to the rescue! They looked and said oh, this will be easy. And they were right! In just over an hour (maybe less), our couch, 2 area rugs, and yellow chairs were as good as new. I forgot what the rugs looked like. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend. 5+++++

They were on time, informative, professional, quick, and so sweet. My carpets looks like new and they are 20 years old. This is the second time I have had them here and highly recommend Royal Touch. I will definitely use them again. Couldn't be happier.

The price was very affordable. Best of all, the carpets looked brand new when they were finished. Very pleased would definitely use again. Highly recommend!

The team that came out… Dustin & Sean , were so professional and polite. And of course the best part was how clean they got our upstairs carpet. They got out all the pet stains ( we have 4 cats and a dog) and left everything looking pristine. If you need great carpet cleaning, done by great people this company is THE one to call. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!!!

It was easy to schedule my service with Rene via email. She was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be using Royal Touch Cleaning again in the future.

Just had Royal Touch clean my carpet for the first time. Chris did an awesome job!! Very professional. He took the time to protect my laminate flooring with a blanket, had corner protectors at my doorways and also had a temporary door he uses when my he had to leave my storm door open.
