(April 29, 2018, 7:18 pm)I had Tri-County Exteriors replace all of the original windows in my house (31 of them) and also do a handful of repairs to the outside of my house to get it ready for painting. Mike was the person who provide my estimate and I must say, I really like the estimating process. He counted up the windows and was able to give me a price without having to measure each one. All the other estimates I received, there was a lot of time spent measuring. Mike assured me that the price was good and he would only need the detailed measurements if we decided to move forward. And his price was very fair... much less that the big name window installers you hear advertised on the radio. He was slightly more expensive than another estimate I received but I went with Tri-County because of their experience, confidence in their products, and patience with me answering all my questions and making sure I was 100% comfortable with this large investment in my home. I also asked him about removing a rear chimney and he said he couldn't do it because he didn't have the right equipment. I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell his services... he stuck to the stuff he knew he could deliver and do a great job. And that's just what they did... they replaced the 31 windows in 2 days, totally professional throughout the entire job. Nice clean-up, made sure I was happy with everything, even coming back to replace a screen that was damaged... no questions, no problems. Very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the results. Thanks Mike, Shane, Lydia... job well done!
