Tre Fratelli

I came here to view an apartment and I fell in love. I’m currently just waiting on approval and I can move in. Let’s start with management. There was a man and woman in the office when I went (I don’t know their names) but they were so so sweet and wonderful to talk to, very helpful as well. So we go to the apartment and I notice the apartment complex is very quiet, I love that and that’s important to me. We get to apartment. It’s so clean and smells so good. They take major pride in that. Me being a clean freak that was important to me. The gym we saw next GORGEOUS. The pool area beautiful. You get a full one car garage with your apartment and if you need 2 cause you got 2 cars like me and my boyfriend you can add a outside parking spot for a additional fee (which he loved) the respect, the cleanness, how helpful they were, no doubt in my mind they deserve this review I’m giving. Thank you guys!

I’ve been here for a year and I plan to renew my lease for another one. I rent a 2 bedroom 1 bath on the 2nd floor with a peaceful view and I could honestly say that I am now happy to be here.
Through the transition of managements I had a lot of issues with maintenance requests not being attended to and/or faulty equipment (washers,dryers,front gates.. ect) not being fixed to the promised standard. However, the new management has done a remarkable job upgrading the grounds as well as the basic customer service in such a short amount of time and I’m looking forward to growing another year here. Thank you so much to the amazing new apartment manager and the incredible maintenance team for turning this place around..

Awesome food, employees are great.
Fast friendly service. Have a back room for small parties.
Pizza is one of the best around. Cheesesteaks are wonderful.

Try the shrimp scampi pizza. It's the best anywhere! Great night, great food, great service and the Mayer Hawthorn sounds made it perfect!

Great place to have dinner with friends...make a reservation! We love the clams with white sauce! And tirmasu! Nice portions, great waitstaff! Shout out to Casey! We will be back!

We always have our Penncrest dinner there. The food is outstanding, and the staff was very accommodating. I loved your special salad, and the Chicken Marsala was wonderful. The desserts were extra-special, especially the cheesecake. We love it so much we're going to eat there again soon. I'm Italian, so I know genuine Italian food when I taste you. You do an excellent job and genuinely care about your customers. Thank you.

I had my father's memorial reception in their private room and everything was absolutely perfect. The food and service were great. Larry made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. I am so pleased and I just wanted to say thank you!!
