(November 12, 2018, 12:27 pm)Came here on the recommendation of my uncle after my parked car got sideswiped pretty badly. I was contacted pretty regularly and given detailed updates and explanations of the status of repairs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. The quality of the work was phenomenal. It literally looked as if my car had never been damaged in the first place, both under the hood and outside of it. The employees I spoke with did recognize that repairs were taking longer than expected and explained it was due to various parts being backordered. As a result I just owed my deductible. Tax and the betterment fee for a new rim and tire waived, which was nice.
