“Had the worst pain of my life last year which turned out to be a kidney stone that needed to be surgically removed. This was maybe a week before Christmas. Dr. Jaffe and his staff were outstanding at making a horrible experience a little bit more bearable. Great bedside manner with a good sense of humor. Very bright guy. Within a week or two after the surgical removal I was feeling worlds better. Special shout out to the NP Laura who was also outstanding and very helpful with my follow ups. “I needed an emergency surgical tooth removal. I called a 1/2 dozen dental practices, most didn't perform extraction and refered out, others want you to be evaluated at one visit, and then on a next appointment perform the procedure. All had waiting lists 2-weeks to a month out. For someone with a broken\infected molar that just won't work. I called the PA Dental Implant Specialists, they asked intelligent questions, reviewed this with an Oral Surgeon, and had me in a chair at one of their locations the next morning. I saw Dr. Daly at the St. Mary's Hospital location. He took X-rays, reviewed them, we spoke of risks, alternatives, and he removed the bad tooth. I am so impressed with the office, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all helpful. You fill out your paperwork online, it's fast and easy. The front desk staff are pleasant and helped with cost, insurance, or dental discount plans. Everything was efficient, precise, and exceptional. I can't say enough about my experience, and especially Dr Daly. I'm truly impressed. It's rare these days to find someone, whom is one of the best in their field, who "cares" for the individual patient. They're the best!”
