The staff are friendly and compassionate! I had a wonderful experience each and every time I visited. Dr. Brown is the gentlest dentist I have EVER encountered and I will not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. The atmosphere is spectacular and it gives you a feel for the type of quality dental work you will receive. A++++++++
I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but after finding upper bucks dental arts I am no longer afraid! They made sure I felt very comfortable and answered any and all questions i had. They truly are the best!
If you're one of those people like myself that hate going to the dentist, look no further. The procedures I had done were explained in depth so I could make the best informed decision, results were exactly how expected and the procedures themselves were gentle and painless. Dr. Brown, Laurel and Kayla went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable in the chair. If you're looking for a change from getting scolded for flossing more, this is the place for you.
After my dentist of 15 years retired I began a search for a new dentists. After a year of getting cleanings and xrays from a couple of other local dentists, I decided to try Upper Bucks Dental Arts. Walking into the office I immediately noticed a clean and modern waiting area playing modern music. Two friendly ladies greated me and we immediately and got me checked in. In the exam room I was in for a pleasant surprise. The cleaning chair had a motorized massager built into the back. When it came time for xrays, the equipment used was ultra modern and took no time to complete. During and after the exam, Dr. Brown was very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions, even the silly ones about dental acronyms.
Now down to the really important part, how did the exam go. Instead of trying to rush me in to have a couple of cavities filled (like a different dentist tried to do), Dr. Brown began asking me good questions (e.g... do I grind my teeth at night, etc...). Apparently the 2 teeth that appeared to have cavities didn't have them yet but were coming close because my grinding at night. Then we talked about options about how to resolve the grinding, but she didn't stop at just getting a mouth guard. She had the knowledge and experience to provide additional options to help improve the health of my teeth.
In Summary, if you are looking for a new dentist, one that will take the time to explain things and actually try to help improve your health, then I would recommend you give Dr. Brown and her staff an opportunity. I'm glad I did.
