I never write reviews before using a service, but I was so impressed with their level of communication, that I feel compelled to comment. I'm in the middle of buying a home and needed to know about some repair work that needs to be done ASAP. Veronica was patient and accommodating with my requests. The communication between her, Mark, and myself was amazing, and Mark was equally as patient! I look forward to using their services upon moving!

Totally top-notch experience! From start to finish, Mark and his crew were competent, professional, timely, efficient and responsive. They were also clean and meticulous...everyday they showed up at the same time and never left until everything was completely cleaned up. The attention to detail was exceptional. This is a big investment and we couldn't be happier.

By accident, when they removed our existing front door (which was being replaced) there was an affixed personal religious item that we had forgotten to remove. It was hauled away to an offsite dumpster. We notified Mark a day or two after (when it finally dawned on us that it was gone) and he felt horrible about it. So Mark went "dumpster diving", found the item and returned it to us in person. That is truly going "above and beyond"!

I highly recommend Precision 1 to anyone who is thinking about having their siding or windows done. We recently had all of our siding replaced, most of our windows replaced and one french door replaced. It was a big project and most projects around the house give me anxiety, but this project didn’t. Mark and his guys were here everyday working from sunrise till sunset. I’ve never seen a group work so hard at a job. Mark is trustworthy & reliable. If I had any questions or concerns he was there immediately. He is reasonable priced and doesn’t try to sell you on anything that you don’t need. We were very happy with Precision 1 and we will use them when we need to have our roof replaced in a few years.
