  Akira helped us with decor for our baby shower at our home and she knocked it out of the park. I really didn't have to worry about a thing - the tables, chairs, and backdrop/balloon arch were fully set up and broken down by her and her sister on time and everything was exactly as we discussed. I sent her just a few photos in the beginning of what type of decor I was looking for and she did the rest, no questions asked! Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting decor for any occasion.

  Akira and her team were the best...!! They did decoration for our baby shower and we couldn't have ask for more. Akira did everything absolutely amazingly. She mentioned when we talk to her for the 1st time that client service and client satisfaction is her USP and she was absolutely right. She made sure we get the balloons and everything of our choice. She came to check the venue few days in advance and gave us good suggestions. No matter how busy she is planning or working on other events but she always responds to you quickly. We forgot to bring the teddybears for the center piece when we went to check the venue. She drove again in the evening half way to collect it.

  I engaged Planned by Passion to help design, plan and set-up a bridal shower in my home. It was not a big event at all, but I am not a creative person and perhaps am at a generational disadvantage! ;) Akira and her team WAY exceeded my expectations. It was a fantastic event, and I received several complements on the set-up and details. I would not hesitate to engage Planned by Passion again and would strongly recommend them for any size event for which you'd like creative midset and excellent organization. Thanks again, Akira!

  We hired Akira for a 75 person party at an outside venue and she did a fabulous job! She is very detail oriented and has a great eye for design. She was super accessible via text and phone as I shared ideas and made changes to our plan. I sent her a few inspiration photos and she made the entire ballroom come to life with exactly what I had in mind. She also added in extra special touches that I didn’t ask for - like additions under the floral centerpieces and signs / florals for the guest book table. She also worked with the venue and was timely to set up and take down decor (which is very important for venues since some charge extra if decor is not taken down at the right time). Highly recommend Akira for a hassle free experience for any event you want beautiful decor for!
