(August 16, 2021, 5:45 pm)Working with Corey is great- he's very thoughtful in his workout plans, and he's always responsive and willing to adapt to whatever comes up (injuries, rescheduling, etc). I definitely noticed progress before too long, but most importantly, he helped build a sustainable foundation so that even after we stopped working together, I was still motivated to work out consistently!
