(September 24, 2018, 4:43 pm)I'm surprised with (the volume of) negative reviews. So much so that I almost didn't take my daughter here last night. The staff was very, very kind and nice. All of the people we encountered were empathetic. This is not going to be a quick in an out in 15 minute visit-no urgent care is. We we're able to get an x-ray on the spot and they called me today to follow up to see how my daughter is feeling. Highly recommend. I this is my first review ever and felt compelled to tell how my daughter and I were treated.

(March 25, 2017, 2:47 pm)Incredible experience from top to bottom. Went in at 11 am on a Saturday and my son was getting x-rays in 20 minutes. Receptionist was super nice, nurse was great and the doctor (Dr. Mass) was fantastic. She has a terrific bedside manor which is something I find to be very important. They found a break in my son's hand that was concerning so Dr. Mass contacted the orthopedic surgeon on call and had answers for us on the spot as to whether he would require surgery or not. When we left my son said "that was great service". That says it all coming from a12 year old with a broken hand.
