We priced out several different spray and wash companies. The quoted prices that we received were all very similar, but the professionalism, attention to detail, and my neighbors’ recommendations led us to choose Spray-N-Splash.
Spray-N-Splash is the best and most thorough contractor that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The whole process was smooth with no hiccups or surprises.
The quoted price was sent in an email as a pdf document. It broke out the prices for all of the services, and we were free to pick which services we wanted, and which services could wait until a later date. We decided to have him wash our house, roof, windows, shed, hardscaping stones, and fence.
Two days before the work was to be started, he sent an email reminder to confirm that the appointment time and date was still acceptable. In the email he provided two documents that explained what he needed from us in terms of house preparation, the services he was about to provide, the scientific reasons backing their effectiveness, and the results that we should expect.
On the scheduled date he arrived on time, and in a new professional looking spray truck. The work took all day, and he finished just as the sun set. Even though the work was complete, he insisted on coming back the next morning to inspect his work in the daylight and touch up any spots that he might have missed in the low light.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The house, shed, fence, and roof all look 10 years newer. And I never imagined that he would get our roof back to the original shingle color. We will certainly use Spray-N-Splash again in the future and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs to brighten up their home.

They did a fabulous job pressure washing our front drive court and walls and our back patio. It was a big job and they were super reasonable. They showed up when they said and did an awesome job. Our patio hasn’t looked this good since it was installed. Thank you Robert
