  We met Rich by overhearing him talk to another floor guy while in the Lowe’s. Got his number, called him, and he made it a point to come that night to measure and see the job. He came the very next day and did a fantastic job laying the carpet in our walk in closet. Highly recommend him. Thanks Rich

  Fantastic experience with getting our new stair runner installed! Rich was right on time, great communicator, and very detail oriented. Our runner was in three sections, and Rich ensured there was a seamless transition from one to the other. Very pleasant to work with, tidied up before he left. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

  We just used Rich to install carpeting in three bedrooms in our house and he did a terrific job! He came out and thoughtfully worked through the amount of carpeting we would need, talking through with us different options (depending on the placement of the seams, etc.). His price was reasonable and his work was exceptional. He did the job in less than one day, and the carpeting looks terrific. There were a number of challenges, particularly because we had closet organizers, and they had to cut around all of the partitions. He cleaned up (and touched up) after the job and left the house looking great. I highly recommend him.

  From the moment we chose to order, Rich has been the most professional and meticulous person. He does his own work, very knowledgeable about the type of carpet you may need and very detailed in his explanations of the different types of carpet. His work was impeccable. The rugs are exactly what we wanted and look awesome on our stairs and hallway. So glad we chose Rich’s Rugs! Thanks, Rich!
