(December 12, 2018, 3:11 pm)So far we haven't run into any vicious dogs here, which is a plus. Mud is frequently an issue, the whole area really needs another layer of wood chips. Water spigot is located conveniently so there's always plenty to drink for the animals.

(October 22, 2018, 4:58 pm)Can be a bit soggy after a heavy rain. Dries out somewhat quickly though. Very large open area. Has water available for the dogs (possibly turned off in winter) Usually very nice people and dogs. Your mileage may vary. Has a few benches for seating. No bathroom - although stores are nearby. Has small dog section as well as large dog section. Large dog section usually has more dogs.
