  We purchased a 2008 Volvo XC90. I was in need of a vehicle after totaling the car I loved. I went to Ciocca to test drive the vehicle and see if I liked it. I was hesitant to even step foot on a car lot without my husband, but I did so anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received from Bob. He was very attentive to my requests and answered all of my questions. He worked hard to ensure my satisfaction as well as providing a vehicle that would check all of my boxes. My husband returned the next day to purchase the car, and was equally as pleased with the serviced he too received from Bob. We could not be happier with this car buying experience.

  I leased an F150 in 2016. I was approaching the end of the lease so I decided to stop in to see what options I had. I actually thought about possibly testing other trucks but I remembered the genuine service I received at Ciocca, so I returned. Specifically my salesperson Matt. He was informative and up front about everything and within a few hours, I drove away in a 2018 F150. Both times he helped me transfer a full truck load of tools over without hesitation. I recommend Ciocca to anyone looking for a car buying/leasing experience that is stress free and honest.

  I went in Ciocca with a bad attitude towards car dealerships after a frustrating experience with another car dealer. I met Daniel and was very straight forward with him in explaining that I was leary of all dealers and the car buying process. Daniel completely changed my perspective on that. He was GREAT. Very attentive in communicating and he went out of his way to get the deal done. He had the car driven over an hour away to my mechanic to have it looked at, that sealed the deal for me. Lastly, when I went in to sign the paperwork there were no hidden costs or last minute charges. Everyone at Ciocca was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair dealer and a relaxed and stress free transaction. Ask for Daniel, you won't be disappointed.

  Matt our salesman was great. Not aggressive just informative and helpful. We ended up getting a brand new F150 and love it. The entire team was extremely pleasant and the process went fast and smooth. We will be coming back for sure!
