  My family and I lost our dog in a devastating fire. I contacted my Vet and they reached out to Abbey Glen. They are so compassionate and I am so thankful for them. I will never forget them for their understanding of what my family is going thru. Because of them it has been a lot easier. They handled Sapphire with great care. Words can not describe how thankful we are for them. It didn't matter who I spoke with they are all so kind. I will always recommend them to anyone who may need their services. Thank you Abbey Glen for all that you do.

  I had an "attended cremation" for my 15 year old Husky mix, who died in April. My vet, French Creek Veterinary Hospital in Pottstown PA, has used Abbey Glen for years, so that is how I learned about the facilities.
  
  Very dignified and soothing environment, my dog's remains were on a nice catafalque in a private room, I was able to spend some time with her and say a last goodbye. Then they took her into the cremation area, which I was able to view through a large glass window while I waited in a second private sitting room. Doug, who is the administrator, and Josh, who is a cremation technician, were both very gentle and respectful. I watched the whole process, and asked for some specific bone fragments that were left after the cremation process, and before the final remnants were ground up. Josh was very kind in selecting them out for me, and putting them in a small basket that I had brought.
  
  Absolutely the best in every respect, these people at Abbey Glen have my deepest gratitude for providing a facility like this. Thank you.

  My Vet offered Abbey Glen's services when our lovable rottie left us. I could not be more impressed with the results. We received a wood urn with his ashes, a paw print mold, a rainbow bridge letter and a card describing Abbey Glen's services and support system. Not that you want to ever have to use these services, but it's a part of life and the choice we make when we decide to make the trip through life with our best friends..ultimately knowing that we will probably out live them. We know that all the years of joy will be worth the heart wrenching pain when they leave us. Now that our big guy is back home and placed on the mantel we can begin the process of reliving his wonderful life. Thanks Abbey Glen.

  My family and I recently had to make the devastating decision to let our puppy Rest In Peace. We had our precious little chihuahua for a very long but amazing 18 years. Our vet dealt with abbey glen for their cremation services, and I could not ask for a better experience, though hard as it was. I was reassured that our puppy would be picked up by Abbey Glens driver and was delivered back to the vet by Abbey Glen, no mailing or delivery service was involved. They gave me a beautiful paw print memory keepsake and some fur, and I chose to have a nicer urn for my puppy, which was beautiful. You have the ability to purchase paw prints and different urns should you wish to have something aside from the standard urn.
  
  Chuck, from Abbey Glen was kind, compassionate, and beyond caring, all the things you need in your moments of sadness. He went above and beyond for my family. In one of the saddest times in my life, he has left me with some comfort. I know my puppy was cared for by this business and he truly cares for the animals and the families they belong too.

  My vet uses Abbey Glen for their cremation services, and I'm all the way down in Delaware County! I was reassured by my vet that the people that they used for their cremation services were the kindest and best around. After having to put our elderly dog to sleep, I didn't really know what to expect from the cremation service. The one we had used for a family dog before, was a mass cremation service where you only got a certificate, unless you paid a ridiculous amount of money. Abbey Glen is affordable and top notch.
  
  When I got Jake back from the vet, he was in a beautiful wooden box, with his name engraved on a plate, which was incredibly touching, but that wasn't the least of it. What I hadn't expected, was that they also took an imprint of his paw and a clipping of his fur to be sent home before they cremated him. While it made me cry all over again, it was very touching and VERY appreciated.
  
  Thank you Abbey Glen, for doing what you do, and taking care of our pets in death the way we took care of them in life.
