(November 18, 2018, 6:44 am)My experience with Sands and Joe Lyons was a bit unusual (but very positive) in that I had negotiated the purchase of a new Jeep that was not on the lot yet. The discussion was by phone and I felt no pressure to go to the dealership (which saved me a lot of time) to sit down and have a discussion and spend several hours there. Joe was terrific and very responsive to my questions and through the negotiation. When I decided to buy the Jeep and needed financing, I had investigated several options on my own since I thought I might be able to get a better rate by using the power of my excellent credit rating but Joe had mentioned that many times they are are to beat the financing rates that an individual could typically get on their own. It ended up that he was right and they had beat the rate that I had received on my own. When I finally arrived at the dealership (and still hadn't met Joe in person until that day) to take delivery of my Jeep, the paperwork had all been prepared, the Jeep looked great (detailed) and the process went quickly so I was in and out of the dealership in a short time frame. Joe took me around and introduced me to others within the organization so that when I need service for the Jeep that I could see a familiar face. Overall, the car buying experience was pleasant, it was efficient, and we both got what we wanted...I got the Jeep I was looking for and they got the sale.

Staci (Service counter), and Ryan (Mechanic), have proven themselves to be absolutely trustworthy! They epitomize everything one would hope for when you bring your vehicle in for repairs or troubleshooting! I can do many of the maintenance items myself, and same with repairs. But I usually do not have the time between work and other obligations. They are my auto shop of choice! True professionals, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and ABSOLUTELY TRUSTWORTHY! Thank you BOTH!!!
