  Awesome experience since it’s under new management. If you haven’t been there in a while I’d definitely recommend giving it another try! The staff is very friendly and work with you to make sure you’re happy with your selection!

  As an individual in Quality and customer service, I was amazed at how professional and helpful Jennifer and her team were - especially the technician who fixe my glasses by giving me a new frame. I shall seek no other eye care service henceforth. Thank you for modeling customer service.

  I had an appointment on 11/27/18 and it was a great experience. I was accepted on time, the assistant who administered some of my vision tests was so sweet, patient and informative. The Dr. that I saw was very professional and after, picking out my frames and going over my benefits with Jennifer was clear and timely. Jennifer really stood out with her motivation to help out effectively and efficiently with each question or task presented to her. I was even able to get both of my pairs of glasses in the hour! I was super leery to schedule this appointment because of some older reviews that I read, I am so glad that I decided to give it a chance.

  Jen listened, and was very helpful. There are thousands of glasses there, but she sized up my face, style, and preferences and brought the best options for me. Easy experience.
