  From the time I pulled in to drop my car off for service until my car was complete, the staff are friendly and informative. The place is clean and neat. I appreciate the excellent coffee machine! Getting an appointment was easy. The prices for service are reasonable.

  Our experience with purchasing a new truck was great. Our salesman Sam Pacella was professional and very helpful and informative. We felt like we got a very fair deal and are loving the new vehicle. The parts manager Eric Davis was also extremely helpful with answering additional questions we had specific to the vehicle and went above and beyond to help us out getting the wheel air sensors working (since aftermarket wheels were installed) and adding a few pounds of air in the tires, when he noticed a couple were a little low. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to give this dealership a chance to earn your business.

  Me and my fiancé had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown. We went in Thursday night during the snowstorm to be greeted by Summer. She is a wonderful sales person. We initially went to look at a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee they had on there lot but none of the banks would finance a 17 year old vehicle which was explained in depth to us. We were ready to leave and Summer and Tom sat back down with us and explained some other options that would fit our needs. The first vehicle they showed us we fell in love with and worked numbers and what we could do. Tom came back and told us what are next few steps were gonna be so we had to come back on Saturday to pan out the deal. As of today I am a proud owner of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be any happier with how everyone at Ciocca was it was a pleasure going in and dealing with everyone there. I know in the future I will be going back and giving them high recommendations to people looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown when no one else wanted to deal with us you stepped up and put us into a reliable vehicle with a good payment.

  I had a great experience at Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and they have never been anything but pleasant, kind and super helpful. Alex gave me multiple options, made sure I understood everything, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my car buying experience. That meant a lot to me as this was the first time I had purchased a car by myself. He even made himself available days later when I had an issue with my automatic car starter and got it all taken care of for me quickly. I will definitely be returning there when the time comes again.
