  Andrew and his partner did an awesome job mounting my 75” Samsung and Sonos Surround Sound components concealing all wires. Last year they did an awesome job running surround sound in a different area of my home. The jobs were done in an efficient and clean manner. From start to finish, it was an A + experience. Andrew took the time to come out and see the site and provide a detailed estimate listing EXACTLY what they would do in a detailed manner both times. I have not seen this type of detail from other contractors I have come across with an estimate. Andrew has the ability to get equipment from his suppliers and can price match as well. It makes it simple having a one stop shop and having him match or beat prices. In my case, he beat Amazon pricing which was already competitive! They are a great company and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a top of the line experience! They offer a variety of services and I look forward to utilizing them again in the future!

  I am not the type to take the time to write a review because if you are in the service industry, it is your job to deliver high level service. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards.
  Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it.
  I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was.
  Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems.
  In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck.
  If you are in the marketplace for home automation/smart home, lighting control, networking or surveillance , don't hesitate to contact Andrew and his team at Unique Video and Sound. I promise you will not be disappointed.

  We had Andrew and team for the installation of our Lutron lighting system, Araknis router, Schlagg locks, Ring Doorbell, and VPN system. Knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to work with. Even after I almost yelled when they asked me for my third set of passwords and IDs since all the systems needed their own log in combinations they remained calm and affable. Our systems work great.
  
  If we build another house, or move I would definitely use them again.

  We were extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Andrew came to look at our set up and discussed exactly what we were looking for. He offered us 3 different options in terms of price so that we had the opportunity to choose something that would fit our budget. He thoroughly explained each option and the differences in what we would be getting. Once we chose which option we wanted, Andrew and another employee came to set up the system. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything was installed and set up correctly. They cut holes in the ceiling in 2 places to install speakers and did a nice job of cleaning up any mess and putting all of the furniture back. They bundled all of the wires so that it looked neat behind the TV, they were willing to label each part of our old system and make a diagram of how to rehook it up so that we could give the old system to our son to use, and they made sure that we totally understood and were comfortable with how to use the new system's remote control. We found Andrew to be very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure we were totally satisfied with our new surround sound system. We would highly recommend Unique Video and Sound to anyone who needs this service. You will not be disappointed.

  Unique Video and Sound was recommended by a friend of mine, who is very particular about the contractors he hires. Andrew did not disappoint. He did a fabulous job for me and he is one of two people I trust with the key to my home. He is professional, neat and knowledgeable. I have already recommended him to others, who are just as happy with his services. I can only give five stars on this review, but he deserves more.
