(October 19, 2018, 7:37 am)In response to the owners response of my 4 star review, I have to say many of the 4 to 3 star comments made by others share the same sentiments as I. I've been to Rice's numerous times in the past and thus time many of the popular vendors, i.e. umbrella man, were missing from a few other regulars of the past. Some if the vendors sloppy displays made us just walk on by without looking, and that made for a quick run through a flea market that once kept us there most of the day.
