MaxPro Roofing

I used Max Pro for an emergency service during a rain storm. Dave was punctual, thorough, and pleasant to work with. In the process he provided helpful documentation and we are considering roof improvements with the company as I am impressed with the work. Highly recommend.

My roof was leaking after heavy rain and I needed a professional to come take a look. I called David at Max Pro roofing and spoke to him about the roof issues that I was having. After asking a few questions and having him come out to my house to inspect the damages he was able to take pictures to show me the problem areas and gave an estimate to repair the roof. David was very knowledgeable about what was the best solution to the roofing problem. I decided to do an entire roof installation. David gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. He did an exceptional job at explaining and communicating what was going to be done to my roof prior to completing the task. I had such a great experience and will definitely be referring David at Max Pro roofing to all of my friends and family that have roofing needs. It was a pleasure doing business with David! David at Max Pro roofing is great! I had originally contacted another pro but David called occasionally and left super nice messages. Things didn't work out with the other pro and I was glad I had David to turn to. David came to look at our roof and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I especially liked that he gave us a window of when he would return to complete the work that he stuck to. This was important as we had hired another pro to come and fix the interior ceiling damage that had happened due to our leaky roof. Down the line we will be needing to replace the entire roof but David has helped us get to watertight status within our current timeline and budget. I highly recommend him. David is courteous, personable, and delivers as promised.

I called Max Pro Roofing after an ice storm to review my roof for any damage and within 3 hours, David showed up. This type of responsiveness and timeliness is so hard to find now a days and I was really appreciative.

David was professional and very well spoken. He was very clear in relaying what he would be doing and then educating me on how the process would look going forward. If I end up needing any kind of work done, will 100% try to work with David and Max Pro.

UPDATE:

I reached out to David to get a quote on a full roof replacement after the inspection and he provided a very fair estimate. Again, he maintained a high standard of communicating effectively and also stopped by same day to review the roof for final details and provide samples for shingles.

After a conversation about our options, we opted to do the replacement since the cost was so reasonable. On top of the timeliness of inspections, he booked us only 2 days after his visit. It is truly fantastic to think that I was able to get a great quote for such a big job and have the work completed two days later.

Prior to the job, David was very clear in his communication of timelines with the dumpster, materials, and crew and they all happened according to schedule. He and the crew arrived promptly at the start time and got to work.

The work has been done and the peace of mind it has brought is wonderful. His crew was thorough and quick. One wouldn't be able to tell a roofing crew was here with how well the outside was cleaned after the work.

I plan on working with David in the future as he clearly values a strong work ethic, effective communication, and punctuality. Would recommend.

These guys are great! Prompt Customer Service and High Quality Work at a very fair price. I manage several rental properties and Max Pro will be my new Go-To roofing contractors moving forward after the great work they did last week.
