  These guys are great, work with you, upfront with pricing. No upsell of unneeded service. They stick to the old school values of good work for a fair price, with an honest appraisal of what needs to be done now, what can wait a bit and what is unnecessary. They back their work and will follow up with you quickly. All stuff that is getting harder to find nowadays in the industry! I found them because a mechanic who I used for years moved a little out of my range, I continued going to him for a while, but the distance and logistics of dropping off a vehicle started to become a hassle. I have a 5 vehicle household, so inspections alone can consume a fair bit of time, over the last year I have tried several local shops, and man, do I have a few good stories, but I eventually crossed paths with Chris and first choice and I do believe I have found my new go to shop. Top notch.

  I made an appointment with First Choice to check out a pickup truck I was thinking of buying. They were on time, friendly, did a very thorough review of the truck's body, undercarriage, engine, and interior (!), and gave me a written list of problems. While I waited, I heard them speaking with other customers and was impressed with how patient, clear, and honest they were. (Honest in that they told one customer that they couldn't determine why one brake pad was worn down and the others weren't, so they asked them to bring the car back in 2,000 miles to check it again. Amazing.) I went back to the dealer and told him what First Choice said, and he agreed to fix the brakes and replace the battery before I buy the truck. Finally, the bathroom was nice and clean and had toilet paper, and the waiting room was pleasant. It's not often that an auto repair shop can be described as wonderful, but First Choice was. These guys are the best.

  Chris has been our mechanic for 12 years and I can’t say enough about him. He has taken care of all of our cars and he is honest and reliable. I’d definitely recommend First Choice

  First off I'd like 2 say this is the finest automotive shop I've ever been to! I travel close to 30 minutes jus so this shop can service my vehicle! I never worry bout the drive or the price I'll pay. Instead, I have peace of mind knowing my Vic will get the best possible care. The services they've provided for my Crown Vic have met and exceeded my expectations. First Choice is the most honest and trustworthy auto shop in the country! Chris and Mike are 2 stand up gentlemen & very exceptional at what they do! They've always treated me with respect and dignity. Nobody touches my Crown Vic but First Choice Automotive! Guys keep up the great work! Shawn
