I was meeting alot of resistance with the airline was on hold forever and couldn't get a human being on the call. Kathryn was very understanding of my dilemma and assured me that she could get the problem rectified for me. Sure enough she was able to get it taken care of. I would recommend travel oasis to anyone who is looking to book a flight,cruise or any kind of travel arrangements.

She goes above and beyond to assure that she is getting the lowest possible rates and the highest quality services. I had a confusing problem and she resolved it very quickly.
