  Doug Wohl is the best optician and wall optics is the best eyeglass and frame business in Bucks County. We particularly like that he is an independent owner and also a veteran of the Navy. Very honest and explains the different types of progressive eyeglass lenses in great detail. Make sure we knew how to clean the glasses properly since we purchased Anti-reflective coating and gave us a special cloth, actually two… One that we wet and wipe lines with and one that we use for drying. Highly recommend

  Went to Wohl Optics after seeing the amazing reviews. Recently purchased a pair of Amazon Echo Frames, and after being turned down to cut and fit prescription lenses at all the nearby super-chains due to the "complicated electronics and fittings".
  Doug was excited to work with me on fitting these new Echo Frames even with my extreme script. He cut a makeshift lens on the spot to see if it was do-able, and even made a deal to eat the lens cost himself if the real lens wouldn't fit in these frames.
  Lo and behold, the lenses came out perfect, and I couldn't be happier with these new Echo Frames and the work Doug did. Will be coming back for normal glasses in the future, and highly recommend any other techies like me come with their "Smart Frames" in the future to Wohl Optics.

  In the 50+ years I've worn glasses, I've never experienced a literal eye opening experience like this! Doug is the perfect blend of knowledge, skill, and personality. Hereafter, all my glasses will be made by Wohl Optics!

  I went to Wohl because my previous attempt (different eyeglass place) with progressive glasses wasn't handled correctly. Doug did a great job of answering my questions, suggested why the other glasses probably didn't work, and made new ones based on my needs. It fits so much better than my old ones!
  
  Doug makes the glasses himself and personally measures each one so you'll get a custom fit, unlike other places where they most likely outsource them. He notices small details and makes micro adjustments that outsourcing cannot duplicate.

  Doug Wohl knows a lot about vision and glasses, for sure. He cuts his own eyeglass lenses which got me my glasses very quickly and he is the nicest person. Truly cares about people and providing great service for his own business. Definitely not anything like a typical optical shop. He takes time to make sure each patient gets his full attention and he helped me pick out frames that were within my budget. He knows all about vision problems as well. Won't go anyplace else. Five stars for sure.
