I just googled the practice to get the phone number, so I could call about getting lab work done. I was surprised to see such negative reviews. I've been a patient of Dr. Flanagan for several years, and I've always had a great experience. He is very reasonable, and I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. Yes, you have to wait a really long time, before being seen, but that's just par for the course with any doctor. I just figured I'd help out his rating as the negative reviews are not at all what my experience has been.
