Rob is a great instructor and he has helped me improve my strength, endurance and performance in so many ways.

(August 4, 2016, 8:42 pm)I have been taking kickboxing at Amerikick Chalfont for over a year and it is a GREAT workout. The class has given me more energy and stamina. The class has also curbed my insomnia. Andrew is an AWESOME instructor. I would highly recommend taking kickboxing here!!
