  Right from the start, we were impressed by the level of communication. We were kept well informed regarding the status of our listing and there was always someone available to answer our questions. We were also extremely impressed with expert advice we received. After receiving a low offer less than a month after our home went on the market, you recommended we hold firm on our counter offer. The buyer initially walked away, but about 2 weeks later, they came back with a more reasonable offer and we were under contract 2 days later for 98% of our asking price.

  I just want to thank the Scott Irvin Home Selling Team for helping me find and purchase the perfect home. Even though it had only been on the market for a total of 10 days in a seller’s market your team was able to negotiate a purchase price that was $4,000.00 under the seller's asking price and secured a seller paid home warranty as well. Throughout the course of the transaction The Scott Irvin Team did an amazing job keeping me in the loop regarding the status of my transaction and keeping on top of every deadline. It was a big relief knowing that they were keeping an eye on things, especially since the modern day home buying process is so complicated. I am extremely grateful for everything that they did for me and it should come as no surprise that I highly recommend their services!

  When it became necessary for us to relocate to another state this year, we immediately contacted the Scott Irvin Home Selling Team about listing our home. We were aware from receiving their monthly newsletter that they had an impressive record of success selling homes in the area and that they had just sold 3 homes right on our street in the past year. We knew they would get the same results for us and we were right! Thanks to their marketing plan and how they used Coming Soon listings in conjunction with their Mega Open House program, we had over 31 people attend our first open house, received two offers and had our home sold for $8,000.00 over our asking price in 4 days. Talk about knocking it out of the park!
  
  What impressed us even more though was how smoothly the entire transaction progressed. Throughout the process, there was always someone available to answer our questions we might have and the entire team was extremely proactive when it came to keeping us informed regarding developments over the course of the sale. Knowing they were keeping a sharp eye on everything made it so much easier for us to focus on the move ahead of us instead of having to trouble ourselves worrying about every little detail involved in the sale of our home.

  Scott Irvin and his team did an excellent job getting our home sold. They coached us on the preparation that needed done to the house before it was listed. Once it was listed, real interest from buyers started almost immediately. Within just a few weeks, we got 2 solid offers that were at our asking price. Once we selected a buyer, Scott stayed heavily involved in the negotiations, especially after the home inspection. This sale was made particularly difficult due to the fact that my wife and I are in the midst of a divorce. Scott was always on top of every situation and kept both my wife and I informed and offered excellent suggestions when needed. In addition, his team was always very thorough regarding all of the routine documentation that is required for a home sale. There were no unnecessary delays and all of the activities, right through the closing, moved like a Swiss watch. I would highly recommend Scott and his team if you are considering the sale of a house in the area.
