The one guy that dropped the bed off showed me everything from the buttons to if there is a power outage and using the manual lever thing... it all worked. My boyfriend who broke his hip and pelvis in a few spots needed the bed to elevate his leg and feet because they've been swelling tremendously from healing....
Anyways, long story short. My boyfriends daughter was trying the bed out and when we put the leg part of the bed up... IT doesn't Stay up... it slowly lowers back down flat in 10 seconds or less... he used the bed once and was very uncomfortable, the bed design was like it was built brand new in the 1980s.
It definitely was clean though, all the buttons and qwerks worked other than the leg elevating part(most important part of getting the bed)...
The lever thing that goes with it to manually elevate the bed where it needs be was forgotten!
Ill see about returning that to you's in the near future.

I'm sorry I left 3 stars at first but I raised it to 4. That bed was supposed to be something we could use every night! But ya'll are very sweet people and very respected from others already... so here you have the 4th star.... xoxox!!!!!!!

mask and head gear for my CPAP machine. Donna printed
report from the machine's data card and explained the
various measurements and showed me how to use features
of the unit with which I was not familiar (after several years
of use!) She also reviewed the replacement schedule for the
various parts and made me aware of a few accessories not
covered by my medical insurance that I could purchase if
interested. We also set up an account that permits me to obtain
replacement parts via my phone. Overall a very professional
shop. -
