  I truly wish I could give MORE than five stars. We woke up in the middle of the night to no heat. We called several heating companies to get service, including one that said they wouldn't come out because we weren't a customer. :::what????::: The service technician at Garner Bros. showed up within an hour of our Saturday morning call. He quickly assessed the problem, AND gave the whole system a once-over. We had heat again. I want to thank Jeff .... he was the ultimate professional and went the extra mile and then some.
  
  I highly recommend Garner Bros. and we will definitely be using them for further service.

  I contacted Garner Brothers on the recommendation of my in-laws after getting quotes from three other businesses. Hands down Garner Brothers were the best - I knew 10 minutes in to the consultation that I would be choosing them to install a new central air unit and duct work. I was not disappointed. Outstanding professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, knowledge - I can go on and on. Another company told me 4 days and 4 laborers while Garner had it done with 3 in a day and a half. They're style of honesty and fairness is "old fashioned" in today's world, and I will be using them in the future, as well as recommending them to others. Flat out awesome company and people.

  AMAZING company. Have had numerous excellent experiences with Garner Brothers over the past year since buying a foreclosure. Honest, reliable, friendly, clean, and courteous. And, after today's experience, I will NEVER use another company for my heating and AC needs. Woke up with no heat this morning. Called Garner Brothers around 9am. Chuck was at my door at 9:45. He assessed the situation, and gave me the bad news that our boiler was leaking and needed to be replaced immediately. He gave me the option of calling around for other estimates, but also made sure I realized this was an emergent situation considering the temp drop predicted again for tonight (no heat = frozen pipes). Tho, please understand that I felt no pressure...Chuck explained everything to me, and went over all options. I did not hesitate, and told Chuck to get to work. Chuck and his team busted their butts all day to get a new boiler installed, as well as a new hot water heater, before night fall, on a Friday. And, understanding that this was not an expected home improvement project, Chuck worked with us on different payment options. Hands down, a pleasure to work with, and refreshing to know that good, honest companies still exist. THANK YOU Garner Brothers!

  I would highly recommend Garner Brother's service after my experience last week. The employees were very polite & clean. They kept in touch before my appointment because of the incoming snow which I was happy about. They showed up on time & they did the job wonderfully. They went over any issues that could come up with me before they left. After they left the house was clean like they never were here. I never expected such great service from a company. Call them up & you will be happy with their services. Thanks Garner Brothers :)

  My parents and their friends recommended Garner Brothers to help figure out why our Propane furnace wasn't pushing out a lot of hot air. They were clean, courteous, and thorough as they figured out that we had a malfunctioning ignition control board. The part was delivered and installed the next day and our furnace is working great now. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
